These are made from select high quality Totapuri mangoes which are ripened under controlled atmospheric conditions. Fully matured mangoes are then washed, destoned, extracted, homogenized, concentrated as per customer requirement and thermally processed and filled into aseptic bags to maintain commercial sterility. Strict quality measures are taken in each step through the entire process.
The process ensures that the natural flavor and aroma of the fruit is retained in the final product.
