These are made from select high quality yellow and red papaya which are ripened under controlled atmospheric conditions. Fully Ripened papaya are then washed, blanched, destoned, centrifuged, homogenized, concentrated as per customer requirementand thermally processed and filled into aseptic bags to maintain commercial sterility. Strict quality measures are taken in each step through the entire process.
