For every output range a selection of machines for washing, Sterilizing and Depyrogenation Tunnel, Filling and Sealing, and Labeling is available and customized to suit the individual requirement. We design complex production lines for the filling and sealing of Ampoules. Ampoule Filling and Sealing Line comprises ampoule loading till labeling. We offer the complete “standard” and “customized” solution suitable to clients. Our line comprises time tested, precisely engineered, quality assured with washing – sterilizing and depyrogenation tunnel – filling & sealing – labeling machines. Washing is normally a rotary vertical gripper type machine with varying capacities that ensures complete washing as its designed for perfection by centering of washing needles and their up and down motion. Cam-based or Servo based are two variants available. The machine is well synchronized with SDT. SDT is based on Hot Air Laminar Flow Principal ensures complete sterilization of ampoules. Designed to occupy minimum space. Synchronized with washing and Filling & Sealing. Filling and Sealing machine’s Linear construction provides multiple advantages with accuracy of filling. Smooth functioning of the machine delivers maximum output without much breakage of ampoules. Machine is suitable for, range of fill sizes. It is suitable as stand alone or integrated in line. Labeling machines are available in fast speed accurate labeling positions and easy to operate. Upto 500 Ampoules per minute labeling with printer facility available. Machines are equipped with user friendly operation.
