Dry Powder Injectable Line
Dry powder injectable filling line is based on precis vacuum pressure system (wheel) for easily handling of Non-Free flowing powders due to precision engineering and time tested design. The basic machine is a monoblock linked with other machines to make an integrated line. Generally these lines are available in 2 speeds viz. 120 & 240 VPM.

Dry Powder injectable Vial line comprises time tested, precisely engineered, quality assured with washing – sterilizing & depyrogenation tunnel – filling & bunging – cap sealing – labeling machine.
Washing
Washing is normally a rotary vertical gripper type machine with varying capacities that ensures complete washing as it is designed for perfection by centering of washing needles and their up and down motion. Cam based or Servo based are two variants available. The machine is well synchronized with SDT.
SDT
SDT is based on Hot Air Laminar Flow Principal ensures complete sterilization of vials for a variety of sizes. Designed to occupy minimum space. Synchronized with washing and filling & bunging.
Rotary filling & bunging machine
Rotary filling & bunging machine ensures high speed with fill accuracy coupled with rotary bunging.
Linear filling & bunging
Linear filling & bunging also assures accuracy and speed with other advantages as a weighing facility as an additional feature.
Vial cap sealing machine
Vial cap sealing machine is a rotary motion type sturdy & vibration free machine. Easy operation of machine and design with star wheels gives smooth motion of vials.
Labeling machines
Labeling machines are available in fast speed accurate labeling positions and easy to operate. Linear for low outputs and rotary for higher outputs are available with additional features. Machines are equipped with user friendly operation, with sampling and rejection mechanisms.
