These heaters are installed through the side entry of the tank using a robust mounting flange, allowing for easy insertion and removal while supporting efficient natural convection circulation of the fluid. Bayonet heaters are ideal for recirculating systems and applications requiring precise temperature regulation. Each bayonet heater is equipped with a tube sheet, tube bundle, and bonnet with utility connections, ensuring durable and efficient thermal performance. Designed to handle harsh process conditions including high temperatures, corrosive fluids and continuous operation, their simplified construction allows for easy maintenance and cost-effective installation. We fabricate these heaters using corrosion resistant materials such as Titanium, Tantalum, Zirconium, Niobium, and Niobium, along with high-nickel alloys like Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy and Duplex/Super Duplex Stainless Steels to ensure maximum durability and reliability in critical environments.
