We offer Finger Jointed Sections, Boards and sandwiched sections, made out of fully seasoned and glued natural Timbers. The process passes 9 stages until the board is perfectly made. Finger jointed sections and boards are available in many thicknesses. It is most beneficial for carpentry work and to Door manufactures who don’t want themselves buy, cut, kiln season, plane, press and sand the wooden planks (otherwise needed for panel door manufacturing). With Finger Jointed boards being available in many thicknesses and sizes there is no wastage. Also Moulding, Rebating, Mortising, Chiselling are all easy on finger Jointed Boards, as it is natural wood. With the finger-joining at many pieces, the wood is more stronger and dimensions are straighter. As the Finger-Jointed Boards are natural and solid wood, it can take any stain and be easily polished. The board for the vertical stile or rail can be used in thickness of 30 or 40 mm, while the board for panel can be used in thickness of 18 or 25 mm. Again Board sizes can be custom-made which will have minimal wastage. Thicknesses: 12/18/30/40 mm Board Sizes: 5’x 3’ to 8’x 4’
