Pour the whole flour from the Talod Nylon Khaman instant mix product pack into a vessel. Add 2.5 cups (360 ml.) water to it, prepare a soft paste, and keep it aside for 5 minutes. Take the contents of the small sachet in 75ml of water and dissolve it well. Add it to the paste, while giving a constant stir to the mixture to form a smooth batter. Pour the paste on a plate brushed with cooking oil. Put this plate of batter into steam on high flame for about 20 minutes. Remove the plate and cool it for 5 minutes. Now sprinkle 150 ml of water on the plate and cut the Khaman into equal pieces. For the tempering, take a vessel and put 100 gms of oil in it. Now, add mustard seeds and green chili and allow it to splutter. Pour two cups (300 ml.) of water into this tempering. Boil it and sprinkle it on the ready Khaman. Garnish with coriander leaves and fresh coconut scrapings for better taste.
