Constructed with a fully stainless-steel double-walled body, the inner working chamber is enclosed with an outer shell and wrapped in insulation to prevent heat loss. The lid, made of thick stainless steel, is designed for effortless opening and closing, making it user-friendly for all operators. The intuitive locking mechanism requires only a slight clockwise twist to lock and anti-clockwise to unlock.
Advanced safety sensors around the locking mechanism ensure the lid remains sealed under steam pressure, preventing accidents. The entire sterilization cycle is fully automated, initiated with just one button press. The cycle begins with air purging to create a partial vacuum, followed by steam buildup until the desired temperature and pressure are reached. These parameters are maintained throughout the user-defined sterilization hold time, which varies depending on the load type.
The HMI is connected to a Siemens PLC, preprogrammed with six commonly used sterilization cycles—liquid, media, discard, glassware, and instruments. Users can also customize and store additional cycles based on their testing protocols.
Supporting 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, the supplied data management software includes multi-user password protection, audit trails, and electronic records that are human-readable and inspector-friendly. It logs process data, trends, alarm events, and audit actions, while also displaying a real-time operational summary.
For added functionality, the autoclave supports Ethernet connectivity via LAN for data transfer and integration with your laboratory network.
Operating on 230V AC, 50 Hz, this high-performance sterilizer is also easy to move, thanks to its sturdy wheel base.
