It supports wire diameters of 1.6mm, 2mm, 2.4mm, 3.2mm, and 4mm using U-groove rollers for smooth and consistent wire delivery. The feeder features a reliable PMDC motor controller with variable speed adjustment, offering feed speeds ranging from 70 to 500 inches per minute (IPM), with higher speeds available upon request. It also includes seamless weld ON/OFF synchronization and is compatible with leading welding power sources such as ESAB, Lincoln, and Miller.
