In February 2015, the firm has taken over the running business of its sister concern Laser filament Private Limited. The takeover has been facilitated under 10 years lease agreement with Laser Filament Private Limited. This arrangement is primarily done to avoid duplication of efforts and diversions of resources since both the companies have similar operation. The primary aim of the management in such arrangement is to have a single point control over production and other business operations.
