Jio Digital Fibre Private Limited (“JDFPL”) is the ‘SPV’ in terms of the InvIT Regulations below the Trust. The Trust holds 51% of the outstanding equity share capital of JDFPL. JDFPL owns and operates a pan-India operational optic fibre cable network of approximately 30 million fibre pair kilometers (“FPKM”). JDFPL’s fibre network consists of inter-city or NLD network and intra-city fibre network.
