Alumina powder is then loaded in the ball mill along with the additives and water for mixing and grinding to achieve desired properties of the slip. This slip is then dried through spray drier in granular form. These granules are pressed in hydraulic presses for desired shape. Pressed shapes are loaded in microprocessor controlled tunnel furnace suitable for 1550 Deg C. Each kiln car sample is subjected to quality checks in our test lab for ensuring highest degree of quality control.
