Bhagyanagar Copper Pvt. Ltd (BCPL) started its operations in 2018 after acquiring a land parcel of about 70 acres in Tupran on the outskirts of Hyderabad. The company's state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is currently operating at a capacity of 50MT per day (of copper melting and refining) with a manpower of over 1000 people. This makes it one of India's fastest growing and largest copper companies. BCPL is helmed by Mr. Manish Surana as the CEO. The company has also recently installed a new furnace which has expanded the capacity up to 100 MT per day, which is expected to reach next year. The company supplies copper to all switchgear Industries in India, and in every vehicle across India. The company is recognised as being one of the largest recycling companies for cable scrap in the world.
