The growing demands on the quality of the wire rods as well as on the flexibility and cost effectiveness of the wire rod mills has necessitated the development of new and innovative technologies and processes. We also Provide Complete range of No-Twist Wire Rod Block Mills needed to produce Wires of sizes ranging from Ø5.5 ~ Ø16mm finished wire. We supply Block Mills ranging from 2-10 stands working at a max speed of 80 m / sec depending on the client’s requirement speed of 80 m / sec. Wire Rod Block Mills uses cantilever rolls of small diameters which are arranged alternatively at 45” below and above the horizontal which produces single strand Wires. This 90” relationship between adjacent rolls eradicates the twisting oval into round passes as conventional oval-to round sequence, resulting in simpler guide design and leas guide wear and tear.
